Dr. Baumann graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University, N.J., and received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School, Boston, where he also completed his residency, chief residency and fellowship in radiation oncology. He has served as chief of radiation oncology at the Walter Reed Medical Center, Washington, D.C., associate program director of the National Cancer Institutes’ resident training program for radiation oncology, and as a member of the radiotherapy committee of the Gynecologic Oncology Group, and the radiology advisory medical team of the U.S. Department of Defense. Dr. Baumann also was a consultant to the Surgeon General for radiation oncology and president of the medical staff at the University Medical Center at Princeton, N.J. He has received numerous honors including being selected by his peers as a “Best Doctor” in the New York/New Jersey region.

Dr. Cahlon graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and received his medical degree with highest honors, including valedictorian, from Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York City. He was also selected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Society. He completed his internship and residency in radiation oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York City, where he served as chief resident. He has presented his research findings on prostate, head and neck and extremity tumors at national scientific meetings and has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles. He has extensive experience in the application of image-guided radiation (IGRT), intensity-modulated radiation (IMRT) and brachytherapy. Dr. Cahlon has received numerous honors and awards and is an active member of many professional societies including the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society for Radiation Oncology.

Dr. Cardinale graduated magna cum laude in electrical engineering from Rutgers University, N.J., and received his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Baltimore. He completed his residency, chief residency and fellowship in radiation oncology at Johns Hopkins Medical School, Baltimore. He has served in several academic positions and is currently an associate professor at The Medical College of Virginia, Richmond, and Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, New Brunswick, N.J. Dr. Cardinale was selected by his peers as a “Top Doctor” in New Jersey and was named among the “Best Doctors in America”. He has received numerous honors and U.S. Patents for novel cancer treatments. He has authored many articles and book chapters in radiation oncology and has presented his work at more than 50 national and international scientific meetings.

Dr. Chon graduated with honors from Swarthmore College, Philadelphia, and received his medical degree and was selected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Society from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, New Brunswick, N.J. Dr. Chon was chief resident in radiation oncology at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), Harvard Medical School, Boston. He also completed a sub-fellowship in basic science research on breast cancer genetics at Harvard Medical School. He has extensive proton therapy experience from both the Harvard Cyclotron and Francis H. Burr Proton Therapy Center at MGH. He has special expertise in cranial and extracranial stereotactic radiation therapy as well as high dose rate brachytherapy for the treatment of gynecologic and breast cancer. His professional memberships include the American Medical Association and the American Society for Radiation Oncology.

Douglas A. Fein, M.D. |

Dr. Fein graduated magna cum laude from Brown University, Providence, R.I., and received his medical degree from Wake Forest School of Medicine, Winston-Salem, N.C. He completed his residency in radiation oncology at the University of Florida College of Medicine, Gainesville, where he was named chief resident. Dr. Fein joined the faculty of the department of radiation oncology at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia where he was appointed director of the residency training program. Dr. Fein has a national reputation as a result of his numerous peer reviewed publications and book chapters and is a recognized expert in head and neck cancer as well as breast cancer. He has served on the national cancer committees of the American College of Radiology and the National Comprehensive Cancer Network.

Dr. Flannery graduated with honors from Johns Hopkins University where he was the captain of the baseball team as an Academic All-American. He received his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Baltimore, where he was valedictorian and went on to become chief resident in radiation oncology. He was also elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Society. He studied proton beam therapy during an externship at Massachusetts General Hospital at Harvard Medical School, Boston. Dr. Flannery has received numerous honors including the Giuseppe Inesi Biochemistry Award and two awards from the American Society for Radiation Oncology. Dr. Flannery has presented his research findings on brain, prostate, lung, gastrointestinal and breast cancer treatments at numerous scientific meetings, and he is an active member of many oncologic professional societies, including the American Society for Radiation Oncology.

Dr. Greenberg received his B.S. degree with honors from the University of Massachusetts and his master’s degree in chemistry before receiving his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, New Brunswick. He completed his residency in radiation oncology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. He is a member of the American Medical Association for Radiation Oncology, American College of Radiology, Medical Society of New Jersey, Oncology Society of New Jersey, and the Mercer County Medical Association. He is a member of the University Medical Center at Princeton’s cancer control committee and bioethics committee, and is director of radiation oncology at Hunterdon Medical Center, Flemington, N.J. Dr. Greenberg has been selected by his peers as a “Top Doctor” in New Jersey.

Dr. Rodrigues graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University, Cambridge, MA, and received her medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine, New Haven, CT. She completed her residency in radiation oncology at the Harvard Radiation Oncology Program. Dr. Rodrigues has received numerous honors and awards including the John Harvard Scholarship for academic achievement of the highest distinction and the Janet M. Glasgow Memorial Achievement award given to outstanding women in medicine. She has authored numerous publications in radiation oncology and has a clinical interest in breast cancer. Dr. Soffen received his B.A. degree in biology, graduating Phi Beta Kappa, from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, before obtaining his medical degree and his selection to Alpha Omega Alpha Society from Temple University School of Medicine, Philadelphia. He completed his residency in radiation oncology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. Dr. Soffen served on the faculty of the University of Pennsylvania and as a consultant in endovascular brachytherapy for the Deborah Heart and Lung Center. He is currently on the faculty of Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, New Brunswick, N.J., and is a board member of the Oncology Society of New Jersey and the Breast Cancer Resource Center, Princeton, N.J. He has authored numerous publications and has received many awards including being selected by his peers as a “Top Doctor” in New Jersey and as one of the “Best Doctors in America”.

Dr. Tsai graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard College before receiving his medical degree from Harvard Medical School, Boston. He completed his residency at the Harvard Radiation Oncology Program where he was named chief resident. Dr. Tsai has completed programs in biostatistics, epidemiology, and health policy at the Harvard School of Public Health. Dr. Tsai also has extensive proton therapy experience from his training at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Tsai has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles on prostate and other cancers and was selected to the prestigious CaPSURE Scholars Program for prostate cancer outcomes research. Dr. Tsai has a particular interest in the development of technological advances in radiation oncology. He is an active member of numerous professional societies including the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society for Radiation Oncology.
